A synchronisation linkage is used in box or runner systems to guarantee the regular, synchronised motion of both runner or cabinet profiles. It connects the right and left profile and ensures that both run synchronously. This enables soft and uniform opening and closing of the drawers, even with an uneven load distribution and wide fronts. As such, the use of synchronisation with pull-outs (of which the linkage is a key component) is highly recommended. Furthermore, using this TIP-ON synchronisation linkage allows a pull-out shelf lock to be unlocked with one hand.
