Finish Care
Brushed Brass
Brushed Brass exhibits bright, warm tones, adding contemporary fl air to our polished brass finish.
Effortlessly paired with colourful palettes or comfortable as a statement piece, the fine brushed detailing and vibrant gold hues make this finish a must-have.
To create Brushed Brass, we take forged brass and lightly linish it on a polishing wheel. A clear satin lacquer is then added.
Care:Â Clean it regularly with a damp soft cloth and be sure to keep it dry.
Caution:Â Take care not to damage the lacquer layer. Satin lacquer is not as strong as gloss lacquer, so is more easily damaged. This finish is referred to as a sensitive finish. Brushed Brass is not suitable for coastal areas, as exposure to salt air can likely cause tarnishing.
