Selleys FlameFlex High Performance Sealant can be used for construction joints & gaps where a fire rated seal is specified*, and can be used for construction joints for walls, windows & doors in bushfire prone areas^. It can be used where an acoustic rated seal is needed.

Fire rated up to BAL-FZ^ (AS3959)
Complies with BCA acoustic requirements*
No primer required on most surfaces
Adhesion to wet or damp surfaces
Low VOC
Sandable when fully cured
