Soudal SMX-30 Plus Vapour Barrier Kit is a high-performance, two-component, water-based moisture barrier designed for use on both new and existing concrete substrates. Engineered to reduce moisture vapour transmission, it creates a durable protective seal that helps prevent moisture-related flooring failures before the installation of floor coverings and flooring systems.
Ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, SMX-30 Plus provides excellent adhesion to concrete surfaces and is suitable for use beneath vinyl, carpet, timber, laminate, epoxy coatings, and other flooring finishes. Its low-odour, water-based formulation makes it easy to apply while delivering reliable long-term moisture protection.
